Dear brotherhoods, Dear Brothers and Sisters,
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic that attacks our society, the board of Madeira Enogastronomic Brotherhood decided for the benefit of all, in order to proactively contribute to its containment, to postpone its XX Great Chapter originally scheduled from April 24 to 27, 2020 for September 4-7, 2020.
The Madeira Enogastronomic Brotherhood, on the occasion of the 600th Anniversary Commemoration of the Discovery of the Madeira Islands and Porto Santo, has the great joy of inviting you to it´s XX Grand Chapter, now it will take place from September 4 to 7 of 2020 at Madeira Island, consider the best island destination in the world by the World Travel Awards.
We hope you, your family and friends, visit us, in particularly on this date, when we intend to mark our twentieth anniversary with a memorable program. In addition to the program we suggest the Madeira Wine Festival that occurs all around the Island from August 30 to September 13. All of you are welcome!

12:30 am – Visit to Companhia de Engenhos do Norte (steam rum factory).

SUNDAY, 6th of September
09:00 am – Gathering of brotherhoods at Square - Praça do Município
10:00 am – Mass
11:00 am – Parade
12:00 pm – 20th Grand Chapter Ceremony
02:00 pm – Brotherhood Lunch
MONDAY, 7th of September
09:30 am – Gathering of brotherhoods at Square - Praça do Município
10:00 am – Bus tour around the Madeira Island with a visit to Porto Moniz.
01:00 pm – Tipical madeiran lunch in Laurissilva Forest.
05:00 pm – Return to the city
