It's with great honour that we invite you for a special event — The 1st  F. I. C. B. sponsored Wine Discovery Tour —, which will take place in Madeira Island, from 22 to 26 of September of 2022. This event is promoted by the International Federation of Wine Brotherhoods and organize by Confraria Enogastronómica da Madeira (Enogastronomic Brotherhood).

During the event you will have the opportunity to experience, locally, the history and the production of the secular Madeira Wine, from the Portuguese discoveries to the present day. Taste the unique flavors of newly developed Madeira Still Wines, wrapped in the beautiful landscape of the Island and the Madeiran hospitality.

Our fortified wine, Madeira Wine, is unique and quite appreciated throughout the world and our still wines have their own personality and extract their acidity from the ancient volcanic soils, from the winds – oftentimes merciless – that hit the vines and provide an intense salinity, from the freshness of the mountains’ altitude, from the diversified fruit and flower aromas, resulting from natural pollination, and from the ripening that many days of solar exposure allows.
